Where's the best place to get supplements at a discount.
I live in NYC, so I think I should start ordering from an online distributor.

Also, what supplements other than whey protein do you take to help build muscle?

Let me know what you all think. I'm tired of paying NYC prices for supplements (and everything else for that matter! ;P )

Take a good multi-vitamin. I use GNC Megamen Sport. Drink a pre-workout drink, like Novem by Gaspari. Mix in a scoop of plain (unflavored) BCAA powder. After working out, whey protein or Muscle Milk powder mixed with a heaping teaspoon of Creatine powder.

Go online to either WWW.bodybuilding.com or WWW.tigerfitness.com. They usually have the best prices.

Those are what I use, thanks to my trainers (I have 3).

    http://www.allstarhealth.com/

I've used this site before, seems like they have some of the lowest prices...

Amazon, Allstarhealth, ebay, and Vitacost in that order.

If you're going to be buying supplements often Amazon Prime is totally worth it.

Amazon is almost always very competitive. bodybuilding.com is very competitive and has great customer service.

GNC and Vitamin Shoppe are both pricey.

You can google and often find some kid selling stuff on the cheap.

Make sure to add something that allows for vasodilation to take place at a healthy or improved level. Arginine is a good fuel, but that only gets converted to nitric oxide when the body has the mechanism to do so. nitric oxide in the blood is what actually allows for healthy vasodilation. Then the oxygen and nutrients can get to the muscles for better performance, and recovery on the converse side. Besides taking whey protein in milk, and a amino acid mix, I add CocoaVia to the whey protein/milk mix. workouts have definitely improved with a better and longer pump. The comment on using search for the best prices and shipping is perfect!

Amazon.com has good prices, but selection is so-so. NutritionExpress.com is another good place. I shop at their store. They have a great selection and decent prices.
