    Used to be a freerunner in high school cause I couldn't afford rollerblades or bicycle til I got a job at 18... good times.

    There isn't an entirely huge difference. Most people in the PK/FR community will tell you there isn't one at all. But let me boil it down for you.

    Parkour focuses on using movements to get from Point A to Point B as quickly and efficiently as possible

    Freerunning involves a lot of flips, kicks, and acrobatics for show. Not necessarily efficient but it looks cool as hell!

    It's not like some people do Parkour and some do Freerunning. It's almost the same thing in theory but to an outsiders perspective it's easier to explain.
