Living here for a year, but know that the season is short!

Keen to hook up with someone for double scull, pair or bigger boats if can find enough interest.

I'm an intermediate rower from Australia, thinking about participating in Copenhagen Out Games in 2009, but also just enjoy getting out on the water. Am near-ish to Argonauts sheds, but happy to travel wherever's close to public transit or walking distance.

Let me know, and we'll go for a splash

The Argonaut Club has a great view of Lake Ontario and the rowers there. I'd say stand on the balcony shirtless and see who waves you down.

Ramming Speed! dum-dum-dum-dum!

I just started rowing again (with the assistance of Move Free), 20mins in the morning and 20mins at night. I wake up dog tired. I row at a moderate resistance(8 of 12) at 31 strokes a minute.

The comp gizmo says I burn about 800 kilojoules in 20 minutes, and I'm on a 1300-1500 calorie meal plan, I wonder if that is why I wake up so tired.

In the past when I've had a good book I usually skip meals to read and I would get extreme fatigue, what I get now feels the same.
