If one discovers where on the globe is their Jupiter on the IC by using one's personal Astro*Carto*Graphy map, one's homosexuality can change as described below.

    Jupiter on the IC

This is a good place to retire, or to find the perfect place to live, and family life prospers here as nowhere else.

Your real estate increases in value. You look forward to a secure old age, and become a patriarch, pillar of society, and successful, though conservative, politician.

This is your place on earth, and you can make things grow, live off the land, or become a landlord.

Your family develops tradition, grows a family tree, and comes to a heritage and pride in itself.

You can find a sense of inner worth here, and this is the best palce to center self in past and tradition and find the real self within.

You feel able to care for less fortunate persons, and become benevolent and generous, as you contentedly pursue your own religious or family destiny.

Here, in your personal Garden of Eden, you cease outer struggle and build a feeling of inner worth, sharing your success with those closest to you.

Did you see the movie Jumper?

Is there somewhere else to which a person can jump out of being gay and into being bi or straight?

    Answer: Sure.

By using one's personal Astro*Carto*Graphy map, one's homosexuality can change as described below.

    Sun on the IC

This is a good and vital place to seek retirement or to found a family. ... Fatherhood is possible here or a position of honour in an extended family or community living situation.

Fondness for your own family intensifies and bygones are forgotten.

...Property is acquired that increases in value.

This is also a place for self-rehabilitation, in health or psyche...

    Firebrand,

Who is the person in the picture you posted in your reply?

Second, my approach to astrology is solar-system-specific. Stars were used, in the past, to designate the zodiac; however, Tropical Astrology recognizes that the view of the galaxy from Earth has changed over hundreds and thousands of years.

Third, this forum topic is well defined. There is no real need to reference outside forum posts.

Fourth, addressing the topic contributes, duh, to the topic.

    Venus on the Ascendant

Here is where you go to become beautiful and to recreate yourself in your own image of beauty.

Clothing, vanity and fashion appeal. And you define yourself by the company you keep, aiming high for socially desirable relationships and ultimately seeking and finding a useless life of laziness and enjoyment.

Here you learn to like yourself. [I am who I am? Yes and no.] ... Men act the peacock. You are rather possessive here.

The integration of others' personalities into your own seems to give you the right to play prima donna.

Here, men may come to terms with the feminine parts of their personalities and physical training is undertaken to enhance attractiveness [torsos, arms, whole body].

So, for now, there you have it, two examples of life energy that leads one out of the gay single life and one example of how to stay in it.

Ok, first off, why do you say "gay single"..automatically assuming that being gay means single?

Second of all.. why would things such as a "family tree" turn one straight? There's plenty of gay people with wives and kids who fool themselves into thinking they can just focus on it to "go away"... not to mention you can be openly gay and also found a family through surrogacy, adoption, plenty of methods... there is nothing in those charts that "lead one out of gay"

I'm not assuming that being gay means single. I'm addressing the gay single demographic.

Mark, "born this way" calls for the exploration of one's astrological natal chart and one's Astro*Carto*Graphy global map.

Yes, one is born with a personality, however if one gets the means for mobility, the way you are has some freedom to change.

Here's a little more about it:

Astrologer Martin DavisMost astrological work has a time-orientated perspective. Location is an ingredient of course, as longitude and latitude are necessary inputs, but the emphasis or desired information is on what and when an event or astrological 'hit' will transpire. The natal or event chart is itself of a moment in time from which we look for a potential unfolding (in time) using techniques such as transits, progressions and directions - all time-oriented techniques. The space factor hasn't played a very big role, and the space factor is really what Astro*Carto*Graphy is about.

The late astrologer and author Jim Lewis developed the technique of A*C*G. The names of his teacher, Donald A. Bradley, and others such as Roy Firebrace, Dr Marc Edmund Jones and Gary Duncan figure in the original conceptualisation of the technique, but put simply, Jim did a magnificent job developing the tool to what it is today. Jim began his work on A*C*G in the 1970s, introducing it to the public in 1976. He completed a major part of it in 1982 when he launched Cyclo*Carto*Graphy (C*C*G), the mapping of one's transits and progressions.

When we employ A*C*G, we connect the planetary influences directly to the earth upon which we live. Planetary energies are brought down to earth, so to speak - they are no longer an influence 'out there', but 'down here', right where we stand or to where we travel. The A*C*G technique helps us see what we can expect at certain locations or why people or things come to us from those locations. In fact, the A*C*G maps are views from beyond the planets, looking down upon the earth, showing where we can expect the maximum planetary influences to be felt. This means that when employing A*C*G maps, we use actual geographic maps of the earth (or of regions on the earth).

Astro*Carto*Graphy Maps: How do they work?

A*C*G maps are tools to describe the effect of planetary angularity upon the earth for a given moment of time. The approach is based upon the well-noted effect that planets oriented to the earth in angularity pack the most power in terms of earthly consequences or events. Angular positions for planets are their rising, setting, high point (culminating), and low point (under foot or anti-culminating) placements.

In its most condensed explanation, an A*C*G map is a diagram that shows, simultaneously, where the planets are angular at the moment under investigation. This simultaneity is the basis of the A*C*G map itself, which plots all the planets at once for their angular effects upon the earth.

Yesterday, I was helping a forum poster with a question about astrology. The person's chart had 5 luminaries in the 9th house (of long distance travel, higher education, etc.). This is a person would be a prospect for A*C*G awareness.
