I was talking to a friend about my plan to work out and bulk up. he suggest that I need to consume twice as much calories as my current recommended level. I don't really know how much that is. I am 5'6" at 120 lbs, looking to gain 20 - 30 lbs. Since there is no way I can double the amount of food intake, I am considering a mass gain powder that would supplement the calories I need to bulk up.
Any recommendations on a protein shake or mass gain shake that would give me 500 -1000 calories per serving?
