If he wants some serious critique:
Work your lats, bud. Your torso is out of proportion and you could do with some more back work. Lats, shoulders, and traps are the main indicators, visually, to other people of your fitness because they form the outline of your upper body. The rest of your torso can actually be pretty "meh" but if you have those three areas popping, everyone assumes you're ripped.
1) Bent over lateral raises. Stand with dumbbells, bend your torso over to 45 degree, then raise your arms out like you're flapping your wings. (Traps)
2) Pull-ups with 3 grips: Wide, natural, and narrow. This will hit all the parts of your lats.
3) Arnold presses. Famous move, google it, does wonders for the shoulders.
