    This is my straight buddy. I have posted his pic before. He wanted to get some input about his body and what he should focus on. He has been cutting for about a month now. He thought gay guys would be more honest about his body so have at it. Where does he need to do more work?

    He doesn't need to do anything. He looks great the way he is. A lot of guys would kill to look that good. (He could get rid of the piercings, but that's just my opinion.) He should figure out what type of body he wants and how much time and money he wants to invest in it and then go for it.

    I'm not sure what else there is to say. He could go for a bigger chest, bigger arms, and a more defined six pack. That seems to be the trifecta of male hotness by most people's standards. But that's a totally subjective opinion. Different people like different things. He should do what makes him healthy and happy.

    Maybe it's just weird lighting/perspective, but it appears that he trimmed his happy trail into a racing stripe???

    In terms of physique, it looks like his biceps are disproportionately bigger than the rest of his upper body. Again, it might be bad lighting or weird angle of the photo.

    Other than that, I think he's making good progress. Maybe do a little more ab/torso exercises.

    He looks good to me. My personal preference is to let the happy trail grow naturally instead of the stripe. I would also like to attach a swing to the nipple rings and sit on it as he walks around going about his day.

    If he wants some serious critique:

    Work your lats, bud. Your torso is out of proportion and you could do with some more back work. Lats, shoulders, and traps are the main indicators, visually, to other people of your fitness because they form the outline of your upper body. The rest of your torso can actually be pretty "meh" but if you have those three areas popping, everyone assumes you're ripped.

    So

    1) Bent over lateral raises. Stand with dumbbells, bend your torso over to 45 degree, then raise your arms out like you're flapping your wings. (Traps)
    2) Pull-ups with 3 grips: Wide, natural, and narrow. This will hit all the parts of your lats.
    3) Arnold presses. Famous move, google it, does wonders for the shoulders.

    Adding to this

    4) obliques need some work, get in push up low plank position and then bring knee to elbow alternating on each side
    5) biceps could use some work, crouching cohen curls (or against the wall if your balance is ass)
    EDIT - should have made this number 6 in the list instead of lumping it in with the crouching curls
    6) running the rack (in a gym) start with (any weight dumb bell preferably something not very light) do 10 alternating curls then increase your weight (preferably in 5lb increases) no rest break in between. Do the increase for 5 sets then go back down decreasing in weight until you are back where you started (I suggest making this the last workout in his bicep routine)
