I like that I work 9 hours days and therefore have every other Friday off. And the Fridays I do work I forget that I'm only working 8 hours instead of 9, so at 4:30 I'm like hey! I'm off now icon_smile.gif

I like the fact that I work from home, very often, allowing me so much freedom and flexibility and a great work/life balance.

That I can work whenever I want or not. That I can see the world from above! And I can work in shorts and flip flops year round if I want!

    Many things.

I have always loved helping others succeed. That's what I should be doing as a teacher.

I also love the flexibility within my schedule. I can schedule the gym into my day now and it's not a struggle.

My gorgeous gay manager. He must be at least 6'6. Saw him at the gym at work the other day. Yummy! Why do these guys always show up when I'm off the market lol.

    Nothing!!!
I don't like the people I work with. My boss is the worst boss I have EVER worked for, managing by intimidation, writes people up at any infraction of HIS (not the organization's) made-up rules (which change with every perceived infraction). There is little or no allowance for individual creativity. (I work in graphics/print shop) Good morale is non-existent. People are not allowed to be more expressive (joking, taking breaks to just chat for a few minutes). The atmosphere in the office is poisoned with PC (political correctness), so everyone must be cautious of what they say, so as to not offend anyone, even when joking. (I just got written up for this last one this week... I told a joke to my boss, and someone else overheard and ran to the main manager to complain)
Now, before you all tell me to quit, think people, the economy is in the shitter, my house is worth less than I paid for it 3 years ago, and I still am paying off my school loans 16 years after I graduated... quitting is NOT an option... so I suffer in silence...
