I am really bad at not only telling if someone is gay, but if that person is interested in me. Can you tell?

Yea, I can usually tell, however, I always give the guy the benefit of the doubt that he is straight until there are a few consecutive signs/behaviors that say otherwise.

Examples: constant staring, checking me out numerously, attempts to initiate useless conversation, overly friendly, and mannerisms.

This should be done because guys these days are very metro. The assumption to think that he is automatically gay can be a biased observation.

So bad that I actually think it doesnt exist at all.

Once at an ALL gay gym I picked one guy and started talking to him and turned out he's the only straight there lol. He was a visiting student from Germany so he doesn't care/know it's a gay gym. The friendship lasted till today and it was awesome tho.

I almost wrote this as well. There have been so many times when friends, straight and gay alike, have said to me, "That guy was seriously cruising you," and I have stared back at them in disbelief, completely unaware of it.

I think stares are a good way to figure out if someone is gay, when they stare back sometimes there is some lust in that stare that tells me they are gay, it almost never fails me.

But be careful because it doesnt weave out the extreme closet cases, the ones that flirt or might even engage in some sexual stuff but then say btw i am straighticon_evil.gif

It's improving little by little, but it's nowhere near accurate. I can only tell the obvious ones usually.

mines pretty non existent. Toronto is really gay though and I find most people just operate under "GUPO" (gay until proven otherwise).

As famously bad as I'm famously unphotogenic. The frustration I've left in my wake.
