I'm going on a cruise in about a month an a half and I want to lose 10 to 12 lbs before then... any of you guys have any good diets/ workout routines that can give me those results in that amount of time.

Cigarettes and cottage cheese... You'll lose at least 40.

But seriously run at a moderate pace for 30-60 and eat anything but empty calories. Sugar substitutes make your body crave filling substance to match the sweet.

Or crash diet a week before... Your skin will turn pale and you'll get sick of cottage cheese but it worked for the girl on True Life

The diet plans on here are pretty good. Combined with cardio 5-6x a week you should be good to go.

Cut carbs to below 200g per day and take this supplement. 2 in the AM and one at lunch:

Change to weight that is 60% of your max and go with high reps. Do cardio.

yourname2000 saidMe and my guy are diggin' the RJ "Strength Foundation" 12 week program. We're 4 weeks in and I'd say we've both lost about that amount and put on some great new muscle....even a bit of cuts starting to show.

I read a trainer saying "if you want to look like you lost 10 lbs of fat, gain 10 lbs of muscle". icon_biggrin.gif

^^ Truth! Loving the results. icon_cool.gif
