Like, really?! Is it that serious??? Have anyone of you seen this before? I mean, granted, I used to sag when I was in junior high, but all of that ended once I got into high school. Even then, there was a limit to how FAR I would sag my pants back then. But this shit:

    sagging%252Bgym.jpg

This is what I saw. Just replace the shorts with sweats and the boxers with gym shorts. Made no sense whatsoever. What's so funny was that this guy was walking around like he was the Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, "Whip it real hard" guy of the gym.

Good luck with those squats, dude. Oh well, rant over.

    Thoughts?

Is that what they call that crap? "sagging"? icon_rolleyes.gificon_rolleyes.gificon_rolleyes.gif

Best thing to do to cure that, is to pull their pants the rest of the way down in public!

Maybe he was airing out or waiting for you to come spank it. I just learnt that its called sagging, I thought you were talking about sagging skin!
Anyways I always thought sagging was like their mating call or something.

Yep that trend has really taken off - now all the little hoodboogers do it, lol.

I figure as "no homo" as these guys are, they should find this pants trend REALLY homo.

It's so tempting!!! I love seeing guys sag their super long shorts so low to where you only see their ankles. Why not buy a pair of pants? It'll cover their butt AND calves if that's what they're trying to accomplish.

My understanding is that this "fashion" developed when urban youths saw their "role models" get out of prison but kept wearing their pants below their butt like they did in prison... except that that was a sign that they were sexually available, originally because belts were not issued (security and suicide risk) and thus their pants sagged.

IT IS UGLY. IT IS STOOPID.

I just hope that some day their kids (AND their grandkids eventually) tell them, "Pop, you look like a fool in those pictures."

...and here Bill thought it was because they had taken a poop in their drawers.

Joke aside, an officer up here once remarked that when perps go sagging, they are VERY easy to catch fleeing a crime scene. Their legs are nicely restricted by that knee level crotch.

thank goodness that doesn't happen often in the area where I live and definitely not at my gym. It's so ridiculously stupid.

and Crocs almost did die a quick death a few years ago when the company lost $200mil. But, kudos to them, they diversified their products and profited $100mil the next year.

I don't see too many people wearing Crocs anymore. Probably finally realized that their feet stink from wearing them. icon_lol.gif

I never understood sagging. You'll have plenty of time to sag when you get older.

Oh yeah? That's an interesting back story to the origin of this trend. Makes plenty of sense too.

A peek of waistband on a fit guy is okay but that's ridiculous. There are a few guys in my gym who do it too. I thought this was popular in 1992 and had been forgotten.

this made me laugh. guy at the gym was playing basketball with us, strutting around with his shorts halfway down just like you say. ended up covering me in the game. at one point i faked left, went right, he tried to follow and got caught up in his own shorts. I laughed for about a week (after I scored on him lol).

Like the rest of you I do not and probably will not ever understand sagging. Unless its an invitation of some kind...? Like the new kind of 'flagging?'
