    Hey y'all,

I've been looking around for a couple days now and it looks like there are some great people here. Among everything else, it's cool to see this many people who put serious work into their bodies. I came to the physical work I do through acting, and I always thought actors were a completely unique type until I started meeting fitness buffs.

So my question is, in addition to the real art of living life, anyone here of an creative bent? Casually, seriously, whatever . . . I saw some dancers, a couple writers, know there's got to be others out there.

I'm an architect and designer. Does that count as creative? icon_biggrin.gif

This is a house I designed in second year of college.

I drop people who annoy me from tall buildings onto canvas strewn pavement in hopes of an interesting splatter pattern. I also compose music from the tortured screams of people I force to watch Full House marathons.

I love and appreciate all art forms. They sort of reach inside of me, move me about and bring me to life over and over again. My favorite crafts, have been writing poetry and short stories; play the sax and am teaching myself guitar if those count[[?]]. I also love to sing and dance and feel somehow repressed since I haven't in a long time. Though lately most of my artistic drive has been placed in how I plate the food I cook. Working on some new techniques can't wait to get to the culinary institute to add new elements to my overall cooking, but in a weird I guess you can say that's my art form icon_smile.gif

I cant call myself that... because i didnt put the ink in my skin. I am only the "collector" as it were. That honor is reserved for Melissa Keller artist, and proprietor, at Professional Tattoo and Body Piercing on Fulton Rd. in Canton Ohio, near the Pro Football Hall Of Fame.

Former professional cocktail lounge pianist, and singer in classical groups and a cabaret act (now disbanded).

Now I paste my boogers on the bathroom mirror in amusing arrangements.

    I'll raise my hand too...

I used to paint, draw, and make sculptures.
Then I dove into making computer music.
Now I write occasionally (just some blogging...sometimes some "creative" blogging), and like to take photos.

Aspiring novelist, hack poet, one-time watercolor and oil dabbler, woodcarver, charcoal sketcher, and manic doodler. I also excel at spilling red marinara sauces on light-colored shirts in interesting patterns.

Creativity is one of my strengths. I used to write and draw all the time when I was younger. Nowadays I channel my creativity through my career -- teaching.

I've seen your splatter patterns...quite good. May I add one small critique? See what happens when you drop people with their pets. It may exude a more intense aspect to the painting. Just a thought.
