just after 1:00 am Monday, the Santorum camp responds to his cursing moment, in an email blast titled "A fight worth fighting":

Earlier today, while campaigning in Wisconsin, I criticized Romney and Obama for their outrageous healthcare legislation. Predictably, I was aggressively attacked by a New York Times reporter all too ready to defend the two of them, and all too ready to distort my words. Let me assure you, I didn't back down, and I didn't let him bully me. I think it is high time that conservatives find the courage to expose the liberal press for what they are, a defender and enabler of Romney's and Obama's liberal agendas.

    Will You Join the Fight?

As you already know the New York Times has plenty of ink, and Romney's campaign, heavily financed by Washington lobbyists, has plenty of money. But there is one thing they don't have, the fighting spirit of thousands of people just like you who know our freedoms and values are under siege, and now is the time to fight back.

Can I Count On You For a $30 Contribution?

A subscription to the New York Times cost approximately $30. That's how much I am hoping you will be willing to contribute to join me in my fight to become the next President of the United States. A fight we must win if we are going to kill Obamacare, and replace it with a healthcare plan that will not raise your taxes, will keep you in charge of your family's medical decisions, and will preserve the freedoms guaranteed to each of us in the Constitution.

This guy is too immature to be POTUS, ever!

Good for Santorum for lying? He didn't mention "healthcare" when he was talking about how horrible Romney is for the country.

Here's the quote the NYTimes reporter was asking Little Richard to clarify:

"Why would we put someone up who is uniquely - pick any other Republican in the country. He is the worst Republican in the country to put up against Barack Obama. Why would Wisconsin want to vote for someone like that?" - Rick Santorum

Of course, the truth isn't something you care about, so I don't know why I'm bothering with your tired ass.

"If you haven't cursed out a New York Times reporter during the course of a campaign, you're not really a real Republican, is the way I look at it," he said on "Fox & Friends."

Yeah that makes you a REAL republican..

    Ya hear that guys?

    You all are 'fake' republicans!

That little piece likely was also snipped. He has everytime I've heard him discuss this.

Just saw the clip where Sanctimonious yells at reporter who simply asked him to clarify his statement. S has anger issues. Not very Presidential.

What the hell? He lied. He clearly said that Romney was the worst republican choice and then tried to say later that he made it "very clear" that he was meaning only his stance no healthcare.

Yeah, he did. I would like to hear the comment in context with what he continued to say.

And tying into the press always did much good for Newt's poll numbers so Santorum is giving it a try.

    Hahahahahaha
The more Santorum shoots off his racist, homophobic, idiotic, religious nut mouth, the less we have to be concerned about him EVER being President of the United States. The fool couldn't even get the voters of Pennsylvania to re-elect him as their Senator.
