I just had mine removed a week ago. :-(

Your original post was from about two years ago, so I'm curious as to what your timeline ended up being for getting back into the gym ... and also how your diet changed.

hi. My diet didn't change at all. I eat mainly fresh real food. I never ate junk, or pre packaged food due to being a celiac. As for the gym, i was back within 10 days.

Cool deal. Yeah, I do my best to eat well, too... so I'll likely have very little change other than a further "cleaning up" of what I was already doing.

The surgery and the anesthetic and everything has left me feeling very slow and very dumb, actually... literally. So maybe in another week I'll try to gently make my way back into the gym and see if that helps perk me up.

Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate it. :-)
