Has anyone successfully lost a decent amount of weight with this?

I've been doing it since early February, despite going a bit off track here and there and I've lost 12 pounds so far, which I guess isn't too shabby. I've been trying to work out as much as possible, but it's tough with school and work. But I guess for being able to eat whatever I want (as long as I stay within my points allowance) and not working out too often, 12 pounds in under 2 months isn't too bad.
