I think men in their 20s have a sac with testicles in it.
I've seen some men in their 60s-90s have a sac that looks stuffed.

How can one avoid getting the stuffing in their scrotum so one can just fondle and examine testicles and not testicles through meaty or fatty scrotum?

Is there a medical procedure (maybe liposuction) to get that scrotum sac defined by healthy testicles?

There can be no fat in the scrotum biologically.

Testes in men enlarge up to middle age- around 40-50 or rarely, even 60 years of age, so the scrotum enlarges as well but not as proportionally big as in younger years because of general collagen and connective tissue and muscle fiber decline. Thus, an older man can have bigger scrotum than a younger man. The scrotum hangs lower in old age because the cremasteric muscle that draws the scrotum up weakens.

That would explain why the old guy in the gym has his scrotum touch his knee...

I wonder if you can strengthen the scrotal muscles by 1) wearing boxers, thus forcing you to pull the testicle to your abdomen when you do any sort of exertion and
    2) using hot/cold icon_razz.gif

I've never learned so much about old man scrotum in here. Mmm. I feel asexual.

I think some guys in the gym have a scrotum that look like jack nicholson.

If they get too saggy, you can always go with this low-cost solution.

I hate my balls. They are tight and up there and I wish they hung a little lower. I guess I'll be looking forward to getting older so they sag and swing a little lol

if you want low-hanging balls, get hot. Literally. Warm weather makes them hang. Turn off the AC! icon_rolleyes.gif

I feel like I'm sinning by asking this question, but if were like those girls up above, do you think they both feel the orgasm? I bet they'd have NO trouble finding guys who were kinky....

Edit--referring to the video that pops up AFTER the nut bra video--ie the girls with 1 body, 2 heads, and how that works...

Okay, so what we're seeing is not fat in the Baggie. We're seeing bigger testicles filling the sac more. Ah, that's why testicular definition through the bag is less in older men than in younger men.

Younger men have more semen in their testicles, yes?
Hm, the testicle is composed of two parts: the testes and the epididymus? Both enlarge?
Or, younger men have more cum than older men, but it is not because of their smaller testicles?

Ejaculatory fluid is composed of three parts:

    1) Fluid from the testicles
    2) Fluid from the prostate gland
    3) Fluid from the seminal vesicle

When a man ejaculates because a partner his sodomizing him, his partner's penis is stimulating the seminal vesicle first and the prostate second?

What are the percentages of the three sources of the mixture ejaculated?
    33% from the testicles?
    33% from the prostate?
    33% from the seminal vesicle?

Thank you for explaining why the scrotum sac looks fuller in older men.

I believe the approximate range for the 3 primary components of semen are:

    - 65 per cent of the fluid is produced by the seminal vesicles
    - 30 per cent by the prostate
    - 5 per cent from the testicles and epididymes

Getting an intimate male friend to jiggle one's scrotum during foreplay will strengthen the cremasteric muscle?

I remember an Eastern practices video that says men have a pelvic diaphragm. One should do breathing exercises: when one inhales, one lifts the scrotum and when one exhales, lower the scrotum.

Then there's the bend your knees and shake your penis up and down making it slap your lower abs.

Now that many gyms have body balls, all of that lying back over the balls probably strengthens the lower abs - pelvic flesh under the bush, yes?

Here's an illustration that shows cremaster.

    Thank you Art Deco.

With 95% of the ejaculatory fluid coming from inside the sphincter, sexual stimulation via doctor designed prostate stimulator (vibrating or non-vibrating) or one or two fingers in a condom is more stimulating than a perineum massage.

I dunno if it'll strengthen the muscle, but it can sure be fun to watch! icon_biggrin.gif

I had one BF whose scrotum would "churn" when I brushed it lightly with my fingertips. ("It's alive! It's alive!") Actually my own does, too, most men do to some extent, but not as much as his, like there was something inside it moving around.

It's also common for a man's balls to pull up closer to the body just before orgasm. I had another BF who had this response in the extreme. His usually low-hanging balls would lift very quickly in just a couple of seconds, tight against his body as if they were immersed in very cold water. As soon as I saw that, during a BJ or a hand-job, I knew he would be shooting right now. No surprises with THAT guy. LOL!

    Thinking about the male G-Spot.

With 95% of the ejaculatory fluid coming from behind the penis, it is not without reason to have some stimulation in the rear to get the juices flowing.

I doubt that the majority of men practice stimulating the area from where 95% of the fluid comes.

Back in the 90s, there was a pegging fad.
