so im sure most of have at least one body part that you dont work out as hard as you do other parts just because it either isnt your favorite body part, or you just get lazy towards the end of the workut. For me, those are my calves and my abs, although when the belly begins to pudge, i go crazy on them for about a 2 weeks lol until they are defined again and then i slack off once gain. Which parts do u tend to not focus on as much in your workout?

I don't work my chest or lats very hard - just enough to keep some tone. It's too easy to get top-heavy.

Even so, last Wednesday I did a light upper body workout. Didn't even bench more than 200. But for some reason, when we went out to see "Get Smart" that evening, crammed motionless into the little theater seats... I got massive pec cramps! I had to go stand in the back and stretch for the rest of the movie. My friends thought I was doing high-fives at the screen or something. Fortunately, they already think that I'm a dork, so there was no damage to my reputation.

ABs and legs!

Seriously every time I work out my legs I limp around for two days and can't bend down people ask me if I was shot in my leg. It's no so bad when your actually look muscular when I started out and was skinny got strange looks and laughs when I tried to shrug it off with Oh it's nothing I was just working out. Still do them though get through it by giving them their own day in the gymand making it the shortest.

Abs are not as bad I double over as I sneeze but they are taked on the end so seldom get the attention they deserve since they are buried a layer of fat that never seems to move

For me the legs get the least workout and I justify that by the number of miles I run, typically 40 a week. I do squats and lunges but I feel sluggish afterwards when running. I always hit the abs hard because core strength is crucial especially for distance runners and cyclists

Yeah I'm not a fan of leg days seeing how I got to use them after my workouts all day.

I hate doing legs.. The positions you get yourself into are so awkward.

But I don't get the guys who don't like to work abs! I friggin LOVE doing anything core related.

What do you do to get rid of belly fat?

I have tried sit ups but that makes it worse somehow?

lower back, and it shows. its just the hardest thing to work, for me. i try to put it at the beginning of my circuits, but still it is a pain in the back side.
