    I was hoping for some constructive criticism and some tips on how to get "shredded".

    haha, your goals are all over the place for someone with a trainer.. ?

    Talk to him and let him know what your goals are.

    If you just want to lift a lot of weight, then that is aiming toward strength, rep ranges of 3-5 reps. Mass comes with 6-12.

    Your diet is very important to all of this and for me was the hardest part to embody. How many calories do you eat a day? How much protein/carbs/fat?
