I have read a bunch of articles on Testoripped, and curious if anyone as tried it. I'm interested in a little extra energy to make me want to spend even more time on my cardio.

use the search box at the top of the forum to find the many extensive discussions of tribulus extracts

I've looked at that stuff, too, but when I checked some of the bodybuilding forums, not one was talking about it. So, I don't know. If you try it, let me know.

It looks pretty much like the run of the mill supplement. There are lots of supplements that have those same ingredients. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures though. The results you get from supplements vary a lot person to person.

I usually try something once if it looks good but am honest with myself if it really does anything.

The best testosterone booster I ever used was one called "musclejack" but it is not made anymore. One of its ingredients "longfolia" is in this supplement though.

I will add this link
http://www.bulknutrition.com/
as one of my mail order supplement places. One interesting thing about them is that you can get "bulk" ingredients a lot cheaper that the name-brand ones. They don't have everything in bulk but it could save you money.

One more thing, they also have reviews (take them with a grain of salt) of the products. There are similar bodybuilding sites that have supplement reviews.

I've played with the idea of supplements too. I don't know what articles and reviews you're reading, but it's probably best to search websites geared toward protecting the consumer for the real 411. Is a little energy boost for cardio really worth potential short and long term side effects? Most of the supplements I looked at wound up being reviewed in a range between unpleasant to dangerous over half the time.

Keeping your body properly fueled will give you all of the energy you need in my non-expert opinion.

I decided to stay away from the testosterone stuff. Picked up some Hydroxycut Hardcore. We'll see what it does. Thanks for the responses.
