My suggestion would be like the previously mentioned. I've checked with my doctor on what my test levels are at and they're pretty high. Unfortunately, while i hunger to get bigger and a better body, i'm yet to consider taking enhancers. I've had to cut all creatine intake and pre-work out suppliements because they also fucked with my kidneys. My filtration levels from my kidneys after i took cellmass and NO explode were at 30% filtration (I've only been taking the recommended dosage on the containers off and on for about a year and a half, with time off, 3-4 weeks in between, as recommended.. it still fucked with my kidneys).
So now after talking to a friend whos the same hieght and well in to the 200 range and looks good. He told me he taks no pre-work outs and no creatine and no enhancers. Just glutamin etc. And he's pretty big and hard muscle.
Right now my Diet is shit. And that's a huge factor on why i'm only maintaining the 25 lbs that i've gained in the past few years. It's mostly about Diet/nutrition, your work out, dedication and what you want as a result. Keep in mind that some results aren't going to be reached thanks to the god forsaken g word (genetics.. I fucking hate that word).
Take your time, work with what you got. Get to a reachable goal and go from there. Stay dedicated if you want a better body. Take advice. Most importantly, have fun!
