About to bust through under 200.

    Hey guys, how's it going? I'm about to break through down below 200. I'm at 202 right now. I'm real excited. What I wanted to ask ya'll about was a recent study that showed that breaking up your cardio with a 20 minute break in between helps burn more fat. I tried it last night and registered a big loss. Any experience?

    I think anytime you can take a break and do more will just get you closer to your goal. I think its all about intensity. You bust your butt and take a break and bust it some more is all the better I think. Calories in vs. calories out.
