US Supreme Court: Strip searches are legal, even for minor offenses

More of our Constitutional rights go down the drain with this Republican-appointed majority on the Supreme Court:

[Appellant] Albert Florence was arrested by a state trooper because of an error in the state's records that mistakenly said he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for an unpaid fine. Even if the warrant had been valid, failure to pay a fine is not a crime in New Jersey.

But our Supreme Court said the police can strip search anyway, anytime, for any reason. Better not get stopped for jaywalking!

AD should look at all the rights he has already had, and benefited from in his very long life! Unlike the US Bona Fide Homosexuals, he is still way ahead; but still he feels a need to play the victom, and hard done by.icon_rolleyes.gif

We would not have our knee-jerk activist Republican Supreme Court without the support of the DEMOCRATIC Senators who voted to approve them for seats on the bench.

    Alito ?
    Roberts ?
