    http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2012/03/28/cnn-poll-obama-leads-romney-and-santorum-in-november-showdowns/

After three years of trying to blame President Obama for the Bush recession the results are in - and the Repubs have FAILED to pass the buck for their economic mismanagement and fiscal irresponsibility.

56% of Americans blame BUSH and the Repubs for the economic difficulties of the past 4+ years - NOT PRESIDENT OBAMA.

And only 29% of Americans (AKA Fox-watching misinformed REPUBS) blame President Obama for the Bush recession.

Unless the Repubs can change those numbers President Obama will win reelection handily.

Its high time the American public start admitting where our problems started and how the Party of NO has exacerbated those problems by their actions. Maybe they're catching onto how the Repubs keep saying government don't work, then set out to prove it by legislating or blocking legislation in ways for it to fail. The good Christian Fundi Repub leaders are adept at starting problems then blaming their victims for the results. Kinda Like the AIPAC crowd, they're all alike as if they were 'two peas in a pod'.

Now if we could get Obama to 'man up' and face down all the big monied interests and the lobbies that he is subservient to because of their financial backing, if so our country just might make some real progress over the next four years. A good place to start would be sticking by ending those failed 'bush tax cuts' and cut the godamn war talk with Iran, Cut Pentagon spending by a good 25%, and end our 'Carte Blanche' support of the AIPAC lobby which keeps us at odds with the entire international community and has ruined our credibility in the Middle East, as well as been directly involved in pushing our wasting trillions on Useless wars.

It's become clear that the Bush recession will scar the Repub party for decades - just like the Carter recession hurt the Dems for years afterward.

The Repubs have become the party of fiscal mismanagement and recession in the minds of a clear majority of Americans.

It's tough to win presidential elections when a majority of voters see you as fiscally incompetent.

Tough luck for the Repubs - but they're just reaping what they sowed.

It's interesting that our resident RJ Repubots have no comment on this thread.

Have the Repubots given up trying to defend Bush?!

All arrows point to President Obama winning re-election. In the swing states like Ohio, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Florida, he is leading Romney. And this is even with gas prices going up.

    Dear God,

Please let the people remember just how full of fail Bush 41 & 43 were if/when Jeb ever makes a run for the White House.

May there never be another Bush again in office.

    Thanks for considering my request,

    Alan

Keep telling youself that crap, the election is what, 7 months away, a lot can change. And so far the loosers on the Republican side have pretty much just been bashing each other.

Ask yourself this, with all the talent in this country can we really not do better then the 3 clowns on one side & Obama on the other side...really? I don't like our choices at all!

    Rest easy.
    There never will be.
    Not in our lifetimes.

The only few who don't recognize that are the Bush clan and their brainwashed knee-jerk defenders.
And they're just deluding themselves if they think a majority of Americans will support the election of any member of the tainted recession-causing Bush dynasty.

Now another CLINTON in the White House in our lifetimes is a very real possibility!

    Hillary 2016!

And with gas prices likely to be lower by the fall - the Repubs won't be able to use the gas prices issue to try to distract from their record of gross fiscal mismanagement, their ugly divisive social issues agenda, and their repellent unlikeable candidate Mitt Romneycare.

I know i shouldn't be typing after a terible night of drinking that didn't end well but i'm going to atempt it anyway even though i'll probably regret it later. First off OBAMA and BUSH are equally to blame for the CURRENT RECESSion i don't know why thats in caps. you look at every major war this country has had and you will see that we raised taxes, sold war bonds, and regulated certain commodities like petroleum-oil, eggs, milk etc. during the iraq and afghan wars did any of that happen? nope, the american people wer asked to sacrifice nothin did obama as an illinois senator suggest raising taxes to pay for the war? nope because if he did then the repubs would have brought that up when he tried to run for the presidency. obama was looking out for obama not america. the truth is both parties are to blame, the republicans didn't do shit and neither did the democrats so trying to pass the blame on to one party is just stupid. and i have officailly changed my stance to independant after the repeaded stupidy of the the repubilcan party why am i gtyping
