Naked Yoga for Men This Yahoo Group is the place to find naked yoga classes on planet Earth.
My LINKS page lists dozens of current groups in other cities (and related sites with descriptions). Any city not listed on my LINKS page has no naked yoga that I know of. I list only classes that meet regularly and are considered respectable. By this I mean that they are about self improvement and NOT about s_x, cruising or voyeurism.
Most of the groups that I list are men-only. A few are mixed-gender and even women-only. We are pleased to help you find or start a group where you live. If you find nothing on my LINKS page in your geographic area of interest, you have more options.
In the old MESSAGES (which you may SEARCH) you might come across someone who is looking or would like to start a class where you live.
Under FILES are my suggestions on forming your own group; the file is called "Growing Your Own."
This Yahoo Group is called Naked Yoga for Men even though it now lists other naked yoga classes. That is because the Group began as a resource for the class which meets in Central Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. -

The gym that I go to runs regular yoga classes and i was wondering if some of you could give me some tips for what to expect, what I should do during the class, what's the benefits from doing yoga, do I have to reach certain fitness level to do it?? -

I'd be probably disgusted by all the nasty old out of shape men trying to touch me during naked yoga. There aren't a lot of people I like to get that intimate with.
Regular yoga is fine and can be mentally relaxing. I found it not very restorative though in a sense that I couldn't do it very well after a gym weight lifting workout. It should be considered moderately strenuous. -
