Notice which group has the lowest percentage of support:

"Majority support remained consistent across divergent demographic groups, including Democrats (86%), Independents (70%), Republicans (61%), Catholics (77%), Protestants (68%), Born Again Christians (64%), Whites (72%), African-Americans (80%) and Hispanics (72%)."

Nice to see African Americans supporting it more than Whites and Hispanics. icon_smile.gif

    Of course.

Once again, the cowardly, lazy, indifferent D.C. Democrats and homophobic, hostile, bigoted D.C. Republicans are behind the times.

That doesn't mean he'll sign it; it could hurt him politically.

The vast majority of those who would favor signing it would not change their vote over that one issue. However, many opposed to his signing it would change their vote over that one issue. Therefore, from the political standpoint, he might be better of not signing the executive order.

Until, if, he gets a second term, the bastard. His presidency has been little more than a game in which the goal is reelection, not protecting the liberties of the citizens who elected him to office in the first place.

I support the intent of the proposed Executive Order 100% but, I'm not a fan of the use of the Executive Order.

What's fucked up is that the intent of the order is even in question or should even warrant the need of a law or order, those rights should not now or ever have been in question.
