Hey there, RJ'ers!

After a lot of encouragement from my friends and family who have witnessed my transformation from 260+lbs (and not in a sexy muscley way), I've started a fitness oriented blog to help and motivate others.

I wanted to get a few posts under my belt - 14 so far - before linking it on here. The first post tells my story in general, each post following covers a new topic ranging from motivation to nutrition to following your passion.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Also, if there's a topic you'd like me to write about, I'll do my best to cover it.
