Running and Yoga

    I've been dabbling in Ashtanga style yoga lately. I'm definitely seeing benefits, but I'm not doing it consistently enough to really reap them.

    Just wondering if any other runners had a consistent yoga routine, and their experiences with it.

    I started doing yoga about 2 1/2 years ago and it has greatly improved my running. It initially took 15 minutes off my marathon time without changing anything else with my training. I have consistently done yoga and plan to continue as it has improved my overall wellbeing in addition to the running benefits.
