Men with VAGINAS

  Why are there so many damn chicks with dicks (M2F) but there's virtually NO men with vaginas out there (F2M)? The only dudes with snatches I know of is that porn star and the dude who got preggos.
  
  So what gives? Why do men want to become women but women don't want to become men nearly as much? Or are the dudes with va-jay-jays just more secretive?

  There are (were?) FTM's here, jakebenson. And yes, I think they're more secretive. It's standard practice I think not to disclose previous gender with transsexuals unless they really trust you.

  Maybe it's a privacy issue? Some of the stories I've read suggest that during hormone treatment and psych therapy the idea is to embrace the conversion and once he becomes an anatomical she that is who she is. She should not feel the need to publicly show an id card that states she was born male. So maybe that is why you don't hear about it that much?
  
  Maybe the same applies to a woman who seeks out a sex change as well?

  This is an older thread, but I wanted to toss my 2 cents in. I'm a guy, born male, working on my pecs, just doing my thing. I'm totally going to Thailand to have bottom surgery though. At least I'm looking into it seriously. I'm not looking for acceptance, just letting you know that there are guys out there (rare ones) who want to be a man, just with a vagina. =)
  
  I'm more concerned about the requirements of hormone therapy, which is why I'm looking deeply into the medical aspects post surgery and further into life. Hope that's helpful.

  I don't care to judge anyone, but I just don't understand why any man would want to become a woman. This has always puzzled me.
