My pick: Fiona Apple, Tidal
neosyllogy saidWho the heck listens to CDs?Not many people buy the physical CD, but one still like to buy and listen to songs in the way/group it was actually intended.

TriAthInCA saidConcrete Blonde's Bloodletting album from the 90s. I'm convinced Napolitano must have ended a relationship just before she penned most of those songs. From the commercial hit "Joey", to "Bloodletting", to "Love is the Beast", to "Caroline" (for her lesbian fans). All songs about soured relationships. Toss in "Sky is a Poisonous Garden", "I don't need a hero", and "Tomorrow, Wendy" (Andy Prieboy's balad of a girl dieing from aids), and it's time to get out the alcohol ...O_ooh, this one too!
MuscledHorse saidFor those who want a peppy break up tune I would go with "Brand New Lover" by Dead or Alive or Lthat's what love can do" be Boy Krazy.
For those who want more somber stuff I would suggest "everyboy Hurts" by R.E.M. or "what I did for love" from A Chorus Line.

Alicia Keys - As I Am
Mary J Blige - Growing Pains
Favorite break up song is Toni Braxton - "He wasn't man enough" lol
