    ...on my deadlifts for 1RM.

    Did two sets (lol) of one rep each, followed by 2 sets at 3x280, then 2 sets at 5x250 and a finishing set at 6x220.

    Very nice. I bet you had more than 300 in you if you could do the reps you did afterward.
