Hey guys!

I recently started running more and more. I run about 3-4 times a week. about 13 miles a week. I've done a couple of Marathons, 10ks and 5Ks, and my running pace is about 8 - 8:30/min.

I would like to be able to drop it down to 7 - 7:30...

Can any of you recommend any excises, or tips on how to become a faster runner?
