    Hello gents! I'm getting ready to go to the gym, it's Bis and Back day. So I'm just curious as to what your favorite training day is !!!

    I hope this doesn't get overloaded with CHEST and TRIS!

    I loathe chest day. Unfortunately, it is my worst day.

    I am good at bicep curls and bench dips.

    I don't mind lunges on leg day.

    Have to say chest/back days (love working on the 'pecs'). It's why I work out; couldn't care less about everything else (well, except for abs; want a 6 pack).

    have 2 start wking my legs more. coach wants me 2 pack on 30lbs by August. not sure how i'm gna do it...but i'll do it.

    Back day is my favorite too, but I need to make chest day my favorite. My deadlift is like 405 and my BP only 225 lol.
