Hi guys, I am training at the gym for years now, but so far only for fitness purposes. I started with serious bodybuilding and want to become big, I am not experienced in that tho and I also need someone with strong authority to make me focus completely on bodybuilding, like ban alcohol and junk food or make me do my first 40 push ups right after getting up in the morning. All on my own I too often fall back into my (so far) usualy daily routine, in which the gym is just a hobby not the lifestyle I want to make it for me. You get the picture Hope there is someone out there..
