    Great that's awesome!!

    So here's what you do...

Think of a health goal - anything from packing on more muscle, cleaning up your diet, to drinking less caffeine. It's up to you!

And one lifestyle goal - like spending less time on line to be more productive, spending more time time with friends and family, learning how to meditate.

It has to be something that you can track and keep us updated about!

Once you know what they are post them here!

    More info to come!

    Glad you're in! icon_smile.gif

Uh, probably lose a couple of pounds, and add some muscle.
As for the lifestyle goal, most of my time is spent with my mom, so I'll keep it at that.

(I guess I'll be mixing P90x with weight training for the most part, something I can do at home)

Count me in! I definitely need motivation, and I'm trying to get it in as many places as possible! My goals as of right now are to get in better shape for pole vaulting. That means working on pretty much my whole body, and especially getting my core into tip top shape.

I just rolled my ankle about two hours ago, so right now I think I will work on upper body icon_sad.gif Hopefully I can get it to heal quickly. I got my band for rehabbing it!

I have worked with p90x. I just lack the motivation to commit to it daily. When I had time off from school. I was diligent with the process. Also I could use help with eating health. I'm very stubborn when it comes to eating right.

Thankfully, it seems to be just a mild sprain! Although I've been walking on it a bit more than I probably should have today... My dorm is on the opposite side of campus from any sort of food!

Well, as of now, no. I generally do a 9 minute abs workout or 8 minutes with my fellow pole vaulters, but I need to also work on diet to get rid of the excess bodyfat that I have. So the plan is to get more muscle on me, and lose some of the fat. I'm hoping for 10% bodyfat in the next 12 weeks, but my overall goal is 7%.
