My ex used to bring up the Illuminati stuff to me, he is an aspiring musician. I can't believe that whatever is happening now is related to the classic Illuminati cult that started centuries ago. I studied that a long time ago and decided it was long gone if it existed at all.
I used to believe in conspiracy theories when I was in my twenties, but with experience in business and life, I have become convinced otherwise. I worked with the largest computer maker in the world, at times directly for the CEO. And they couldn't tell their hand from their ass most days.
Look at how awful the Republican and Democratic parties manage politics, they are both about the most powerful organizations in the world. Then look at the mess the most powerful companies in the world made of the financial situation, and all the money lost there. I just don't believe that human organizations have the control, patience, group intelligence, and saavy to accomplish the kind of evil plots and have the power that would be needed to accomplish what the conspiracy theorists ascribe to groups like the Illuminati.
Could it be kind of an inside joke or meme in the pop music biz? That's more likely. My ex showed me the symbolism in a lot of pop music videos, pictures etc. It reads a lot to me like when pop music used to put cryptic messages on records backwards. My friends and I used to find them and play them backwards all the time when we were kids.
From what I have read, the Illuminati attempt to control the music business in order to keep citizens keep citizens focused on sex, partying, fantasizing about buying expensive things and living like P-Diddy (who is supposed to be high in the Illuminati order). While at the same time disseminating an undercurrent irritation, unease and fear that can only be reduced by more of the former sex/partying/fantasizing.
This is to prevent the common people from realizing that they are being kept illiterate, poor, disadvantaged, and to keep them from educating themselves, and bettering their lot. At least this theory explains why pop music is so vapid. Music that is uplifting and soul searching, or that promotes self-reflection is suppressed.
Artists associated with the Illuminati are Lady Gaga, Rianna, P-diddy, Black Eyed Peas, LMFAO, and recently Lana Del Rey. I've heard that Chris Brown pissed off the Illuminati, which is why Rianna faked her assault charges against him. Michael Jackson was killed because his music is uplifting and promotes self-awareness, and they saw his comeback as a threat to their control of the popular mind (and that Michaels problems with children were created to tear him down in the first place). They choose mostly black artists to promote, and will build them up to greatness only to tear them down with some false scandal that makes black people look bad.
This is one of the issues I have with this theory. The Illuminati are supposed to be white supremacists, hence they want to keep minorities down. Yet the people they choose to be their mouth piece are mostly poor black and latino artists. And they make make these people incredibly rich and influential. Even though the theory goes that they do this to have puppets to promote their agendas, I can't believe that these white supremacists would be happy to create all these successful and happy black people.
It doesn't take a big secret organization to pick and cultivate puppets to be pop icons. It just takes the ordinary music industry we have. Most of the music I have on my workout playlist would probably be considered Illuminati puppets, but I like it.
