Work out app for iphone

    Any suggestions on a good iphone app to track workouts? I would like something that will sync to a computer program so I can track my progress.

    Wrap your phone in bubble wrap.
    Throw it at the wall several times, alternating arms with each throw.
    The workout is finished when you're worn out or the bubble wrap is all popped.

    Many like jefit.com. Has many good points. Main drawback IMO is correcting entry errors is cumbersome. Also large database but not a good way to search. But many positives. Active forum. Worth checking out.

    Gotta give another set of props (ha) for Fitocracy. Really great app- polished, clean, stable... and the community there is amazing

    FitnessFast or GymBuddy.

    These two have the most intuitive, no-frills interfaces. GymBuddy is the better of the two, but unfortunately the developer died so it's no longer supported. FitnessFast is the next best thing.
