3-day split?

    Can anyone recommend a routine for me? I only have 3 days per week in the gym, sometimes 4. Each day I have about 1.25 hours. I'd like to work out each body part once per week (heavy). Does anyone have this routine and is so can you actually share the exercises with me?

    I don't have a specific routine but three day splits often follow a "push, pull, legs" plan. You'll probably find a workout you'll like if you search for that.
