Everything is coming apart for the man. Afghanistan is erupting worse than ever. The Taliban is coming back in strength.

Iraq is not making the political progress the surge was suppose to cover. Maliki is giving away money in the streets while the US goes broke.

Which brings us to the point that the US is broke. We owe so much money. The only reason the world tolerates us is because it would take down everybody's economy if they messed with our markets. Everything we do now is on borrowed money.

And he has nobody to blame but himself, his administration, and his fellow Republicans.

Ugh, I saw that! His response was shitty, and he basically dodged it. He deserves a swift kick to the face.

Yeah he probably still cares, but he has no political capital anymore. The US economy is tanking, Afghanistan is struggling and Iraq still has issues (although it is better then it used to be).

I feel sorry for the next US president, there are too many problems (the economy, the price of oil, the budget deficit and trade deficit, aging baby boomers and medicare/medicaid, crime, many aging Americans do not have enough saved for retirement, global warming, etc.) and very few solutions. Some congressmen seem to be more influenced by lobbyists then voters and are not willing to work with the President to try and come up with some workable solutions.

Also many Americans still seem to be stuck on the myths they have been brought up on, and are not seeing how much the rest of the world has changed. They focus on China and its' "cheap" labour (in actual fact labour costs in China are skyrocketing). Meanwhile Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, India and several other developing economies are also busting out.

We live in fascinating times to say the least.

Absolutely he cares. Why anyone would want to be President, though, is beyond me.

YEP !!! DUBYA CARES ALRIGHT !!!! He cares mainly about continueing to cover his actions, and he is in a major "COVER MY ASS" mode, keeping on dodging this or that question about where lies the truth on a miriad of issues from his actions. He's really fearful about the Plame game he and Cheney played so this week he showed us just how little the separation of powers are between his administration and the DOJ who worked with him to hide the FBI interview with Cheney. Lets see what were bush's words??? something about he wanted to know who in his administration broke the law and exposed V Plame !!!! He sure doesn't want the congress to find out does he !!! LOL !!!! I think bush cares some for more than just "COVERING HIS ASS", I have to give him credit for trying to work in something for his "FRUSTRATED" legacy, here in these last few months of his regime. I don't know where, or on what subject he'll find anything legacy "WORTHY", Since he's f****d up our country and our world so badly with his NEOCON goals of dominance over the middle east with his control of OIL WAR, YEP HE CARES ALRIGHT !!!!! I'll bet he's starting to care about how he'll dodge the many organizations, particularly groups of leading constitutional attorney's who want to see him brought to trial and tried for some pretty scarry crimes. I'd say he's so busy caring about saving his ass, that he has little time to think about just how much harm he's brought to millions of ordinary everyday people.

It's got to be clear by now that Bush NEVER cared, he's just more open to letting people know now.

Ok, we saw the tape of him being briefed by USGS that the levies in New Orleans were going to give, and he was like 'yeah, that's soooo interesting'. We saw him looking under the carpet in the oval office for WMD. Then he told the other countries at the close of that meeting on global warming "goodbye from the world's biggest polluter!" And he's trying to allow uranium the Grand Canyon! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Is there any doubt W's freeballin' it? It's like the last days of Calligula or something! icon_smile.gif

Did he CARE when he was on VACATION during the August 6th Memo that stated Osama Bin Laden determined to strike in US?

Did he CARE when the Twin Towers were hit by 2 domestic airliners and he kept reading My Pet Goat to a group of 2nd graders for a friggin' photo-op?

Did he care when hurricane Katrina obliterated a major American city and he went to a Birthday celebration for Grampy McSame and put an imbecile in charge of the operation?

This man should have been booted from office and should be behind bars for being a war criminal
and there is NO Bones about it

    This is horrible.

He sounds like he knows nothing.

Has he been paying attention to the statistics?, to history?, to being informed?

    Sounds like he's absolutely oblivious.

You're the President and the Economy is one of the most serious issues around.

He's probably focused on alot of other things . . .
