Spartacus workout

    Hey guys- just wondering if anyone has used this workout before and how they went with results? Im currently using it as I cannot do any cardio involving running (knee) but I still find it ok doing squats etc with weights. So far I have found using this workout I have dropped some fat which is my aim, and to lean up a bit. Been doing this 3 times a week, with the other 2 just my normal weight routine (heavier weights, less reps). How have others gone with this?

    I've gotten really consistent gains with it, particularly in my legs. I do enjoy it immensely, but I feel I have to add more upper body work to it. Like you, I do it three times a week but I run 3 miles on my cardio days.

    Looks pretty cool -

    I'd be a bit careful about the split jumps though if your knee is playing up (I have a dodgy left knee too) and just do the lunges (or lunges with weights)..

    There are a couple of additional versions of this which may add some variety too - a v2 and v3 .. will have to look into those
