Wondering if anybody has bought or tried the Renegade Diet ebook. It is based on intermittent fasting, and seems to have good reviews online, but would trust feedback from guys on this board more! Has anybody tried it? Would you recommend it? Need a change with my routine, so the notion of fasting might work for me, but what's people's experience? I'm wanting to lose some mid-section fat and continue to build lean muscle.
