US ban on visitors with HIV could end soon

First of all, I didn't even know US banned people with HIV from visiting or moving into the country. Apperantly, its been around for about 20 years.

The question is: Did you know about it? How do you feel about it?

I knew they banned them from staying too long. I have never had a problem getting into the good ol USA, and I have been + since 1995. I carry my drugs in my carry-on but they have never checked closely.
