TORNADO WARNING...... "A particularly dangerous situation"

I awoke to the "particularly dangerous watch", which we've never had before here in Kansas. There has been continual weather coverage most of the afternoon, tornadoes on the ground in western Kansas and Oklahoma. One just missed Salina, where my partner lives (he called and was in shelter at the mall). Nothing in Wichita yet, but we could get "whacked" later.
Nothing like working out at the gym with constant weather coverage with "red" on the TV.

Nobody hurt .... and not much damage.... yet....

I wonder if the warnings will go away if you click your heels three times.

Wow, pretty serious.... We have a 3/4 mile wide tornado heading into Wichita... this is a real concern. Have the beagles in preparation downstairs. I notice all the major networks are carrying it as a "tornado emergency"......

I hope they stay confined to thinly populated areas. Be safe.

Yeah, well "exciting" can turn to "horrifying" very quickly.

It's kinda like a hurricane warning without the 7 day notice.

From the looks of this radar, I'm a little concerned for your safety. I hope you're in a safe place. http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?rid=ICT&product=NCR&overlay=11101111&loop=yes

Hey guys, I'm OK... the tornado came right through Andover where I live... my house and neighborhood are all ok... We got into my little storage area I had made when my house was built. All the sirens are still going off.
    Nerves big time here.

Well, that all depends on where the tornado hits. icon_rolleyes.gif If all is left of your home is the foundation, it will be "something".

OMG yet down here in Oz, in my part of town, it's nothing but blue skies, here in Oz! A Great Autumns day, perfect for the BBQ lunch we just had.

I do hope no one is hurt.

It's suppose to be in my area tomorrow.

I'm a bit paranoid after my tornado last year.
