Thanks for the beautiful video. I had forgotten how wonderful this song is.

Sadly, it was reported last week that Robin Gibb, who suffers from advanced liver cancer, has contracted pneumonia and that he is currently in a coma at a London hospital fighting for his life.

Here is a beautiful, sad song on which Robin sings lead:

Great song, early hit for the Bee Gees before they became disco kings.

Kind of a blend of All or Nothing, but gladly willing to give it a couple tries to see how it goes.

This thread invites either deeply serious or irritatingly shallow responses.

Seems a deficit of the former...

    How deep is your Love?

So deep that I'm afraid of it. Afraid that I could not go through the loss of my husband before me as I did my last, not face that all over again.

Nor imagine it happening to him, if I were to go first. I worry so much how he'd cope, our lives so intertwined. I simply can't leave him behind all by himself.

Ideally we're gonna go out in some big accident that takes us both together, or a one-two punch of illness that takes us both almost at once, leaving neither of us alone for very long.

With deep love comes deep commitments and deep obligations. You don't consider that when you're young, but you do when you get to be our ages.
