    Hmmm... I was not aware of this.
    Well I hope they are successful in repealing that law. People are so afraid of HIV, they make such irrational decisions. icon_sad.gif

    I have travelled to the USA several times since testing positive. Could they actually deny me entry even though I am travelling on vacation for just a week with my partner? Very bizarre to say the least.

    The $80 million over 10 years is like rounding error for the US budget. How much is the Iraq war costing monthly? My guess it is at least $10 BILLION.

    So how do they know who is and who is not I ask myself ? They do not test every fecking person coming in?

    They don't, and they don't ask. This law is more geared to people who want to stay in the USA for a long period of time (e.g. on a work visa). I have never had an issue crossing the border either via car or plane.
