HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT FROM MY CALFS AND THEIGHS

    i been running and skipping ropes. but im still unable to lose weight in my legs and theighs. i do not want a mascular leg. i really want to know what type of training is best to achieve a tone leg. i do not like big mascular legs.

    There is no such thing as spot reduction of fat... Well, unless you are talking about plastic surgery...

    Male will loose fat at the waist and belly LAST, while female the hips and thighs last. This is the way we are built...

    Do intense resistive training of every other body parts, then do cardio.. AND your food intake. That means you have to adhere to a good diest with proper meal timing/frequency, quality/food types, and quantity/portions.
