Hey, so I'm new to this and probably going to get all kinds of negatives comments for this post but I'm asking in all seriousness so please be nice lol...

I was on overweight child growing up and I struggled with my weight for years but started eating extremely healthy and did a lot of weight training about 7 years ago. I have managed to keep off the weight 7 years now but as a former fat boy I have always dreamed of the perfect body, so I did my best. Due to a childhood surgery on my left hip I started developing complications around the time I lost all my weight and it became harder to work out on my lower body. In 2009 I was told I have 2 options, to get a hip replacement or possibly lose about 70% mobility on my left hip and would have limitations which was mind blowing. I figured I'm a fighter and not letting go of my leg. I made it through the surgery & did great at physical therapy but it took me a year to embrace that I'd never have my left leg the same but my leg got somewhat better.I stopped dwelling over it and returned to the gym a year later. 7 months later I started developing arthritis on my entire left leg and pulled my knee badly. Now my entire left leg was in trouble. The doctors told me to keep of any glute/knee/lower body workouts. Anything on my left leg was too risky so you could imagine how torn I was as an aspired personal trainer. I continued to do light workouts but noticed my body slowly disappearing icon_sad.gif. I left the gym and my body alone. As a gay man you could imagine how devastating this was. The hardest part was for me was I noticed my left but cheek DROPPED dramatically. I'ts been 2 years since and I have never felt so conscience & depressed about anything ever. It became one of my biggest insecurities and stopped dating, going out. It affected me a great deal. So I got up one day and figured I worked to hard to let myself go and told myself if I should continue to live miserably or fix what I hate. I started doing research and bumped into butt implants and these lifts and all the surgical procedures and idk why I got kind of happy. So my question is as a MAN in my situation would you consider going under a buttock augmentation procedure and have a "fake butt" or live on life having something that you love? ..... PLEASE ANY ADVICE ON THIS

No I wouldn't. I don't worry about my booty as much it is as big as is and don't need to enhance it

No because somehow as little as I am I have a toned/bigger butt. My gay friend says I have a nice ass all the time so I guess it's true. I have no idea what most gay men prefer in an ass or what a good ass is... but I'll just take the compliment.

By the way do some glute workouts perhaps to tone your butt a bit? Doing it natural would be more beneficial icon_smile.gif

EDIT: Hope you don't get any negative comments! I really encourage you to post what's on your mind, no matter how silly it is. Not everyone on this forum is nice but the ones that are can post some very beneficial things!

If you got the cash and desire to shape up with the power of plastic and silicone... and it helps your self-esteem, go for it.
