Sculpting the butt--tips?

    hi fellas!

trying to turn my innie booty into an outie. squats and deadlifts city over here, and it's starting to work, which is awesome. i'm definitely adding some mass to the cheeks, but i've noticed that there is a muscle (never seen it before!) running along the bottom of each cheek, that kind of indents my butt! it's weird, and i'm concerned that it might detract from the bubbliciousness that i'm shooting for...

this probably sounds really specific and bizarre, and really vain (hey, that's why we're here, right?) but it's making me nervous--like maybe i'm doing the exercises wrong? or shortchanging a specific group of the gluteal muscles, and overworking another?

any advice or tips would be so appreciated!

Just get your ass moving! I've ran for five years now and I have bubble butt! It wasn't intentional, though lol. Kind of sucks because it's hard to fit into certain jeans...grrr.

i think you need to post pics of your butt so we can see what you're talking about ;)

this is my leg/butt workout. you'll get massive growth and powerful core strengthening, but i only do leg day once a week. here's the routine:

    Barbell Squats (5x10 pyramid set)
    Quad Extensions (3x10)
    Hamstring Curls (3x10)
    Deadlifts (3x10)
    Kick-backs (4x10)

Its a long workout and deeply exhausting. So I do them on Saturdays or Sundays and I don't make any plans for the evening. The next day, it hurts to walk!

Also, I drink a double serving protein shake with extra creatine in it for recovery. I ride my bike everywhere in the city too. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. I get compliments on my butt, but i notice my jeans are fitting tighter now too! haha

For those that can't do heavy squats (I substitute leg press), lunges (I substitute buttblaster) or deadlifts (I substitute hyperextensions and the low back machine) due to knee and back injuries or balance issues I've found the Buttblaster safe and very effective:

You can also refer to the literally dozens of threads on the subject, the last just two weeks ago, by doing a forum search. Here, I'll save you the trouble though the links aren't embedding:

Squats and deadlifts are my main leg/butt exercises. Nothing beats a heavy squat day..

All I wanna know is what in the hell is a 'butt tip'.

I'm pretty sure I don't have one (or would it be 2?) And if I dont have a butt tip (or 2), should I want one, or two?
