This is why, a a bodybuilder, I can watch guys like this in Cirque do Soliei and be blown away by what they do because i know how much work goes into just being strong enough to do the acrobatics they do.

I know. I admire this kind of stuff way more than I do body building. But then, it's a totally different pursuit. Not bagging on bb.

It's my goal to do that side-pole move. ;-) Give me 'til the end of the year. ;-)

No, not yet but its a work in progress right now to be able to do that. I finished reading a book that pretty much give you step by step training to be able to build your body to do those workout. Its a two year process so we'll see where I progress in the next two years.

There is the difference between training for size and training for power.

I think with the right progressions and a lot patience the most dedicated people would be able to accomplish the front lever positions this man executes...

A lot of his exercises are actually gymnastics based... he almost does a Victorian, which is ridiculous because only 4 people in the world compete that skill on rings, though he did have his forearm supported... but still damn.

Some of the exercises he does though are pretty strange and look like they would put a lot of strain on joints in the body.

Pretty cool use of balance/control and incredicle strength for his size.

As far as training for size, just about all everything in the video is irrelevant.
