Hey, so recently I got intrigued by the concept of so called Electro-sex which turned out to be pretty lame in comparison to a good spanking and a old fashioned hard fuck.
However, I already bought the electric pulse stimulator which is pretty fun to use on many muscle groups like the arms, legs, buttocks, stomach and chest. Question is: Have any of you guys ever used a electric pulse stimulator for muscle toning or muscle building and what is your take on it?

I'll stick with doing it the old-fashioned way, thank you very much.

If you are in rehab for muscle injury the electro stimn can be very useful. As a process for building muscle it is worthless. Stimulation without resistance and muscle tearing so it can rebuild (which is what happens in the gym) will yield zero results in the muscle growth department.
