Supplement suggestions

    Well, I think I'm finally serious about genuinely wanting to put some meat on my bones. Well, not a ton , but about 15 lbs or so of muscle. What do you bigger guys use? I don't understand some of the supplements there are out there, and have only used whey and creatine. Is that all I need? If so, which ones are most effective if they're not all the same. Help!

    At various times I've made the decision to "bulk up". The most important thing is to consume enough calories. Keep a log and figure out the average number of calories you consume daily and then try to consume an additional 500 to 1,000 calories a day.

    Also, in addition to whey and creatine, you might want to try a post workout drink immediately after the workout or, as a less expensive alternative, you can just mix whey protein powder and creatine with fruit juice.

    I've had some success puttng on a few extra pounds by stacking tribulus and ZMA while still using the whey and creatine. They only work if your putting the work in the gym and you still need to consume enough calories or else they won't do a thing.
