Three day workout?

    Hey guys, I need to pull my muscles out of a long hibernation from the gym. The problem is that I only have 3-4 days per week to workout, and only about 1.25 per session. Can anyone recommend a routine (and exercises) that might work in this limited time?

    Once accustomed, this one takes about that time and you can just skip the cardio days and it can be 3 days of working out, 2 rest days or light cardio, and go for a walk on Sunday. I like it!
